Description[]
In Super Mario 64, go to Bob-Omb Battlefield. Go under the first bridge (the one at an angle) and stand under the low part. Jump, then hold A. You will be able to swing around under the bridge. Really, though, there is no point to this.
Why it Works[]
The bridge uses the same texture as the gates you can hang from. Lazy Programmers... =P
